We specialize in building emotional safety, resilience, and connection while supporting individuals through stress, trauma, and life transitions.   • Getting started is simple. You can contact us through our website or by phone to share a bit about your needs. Our team will then guide you through next steps and help determine which services may be the best fit.

  • No referral is required for most of our services. Families and individuals can reach out directly to begin the process.

  • We support children, youth, adults, and families. Services are tailored to meet individuals at their stage of life and based on their unique needs and goals.

  • We take time to understand your concerns, goals, and priorities. Based on this information, we collaborate with you to recommend services that best align with your needs.

  • Most services are offered in person at our centre, with some flexibility depending on the service and individual needs. We can discuss available options during intake.

  • Families and caregivers are valued partners in the process. Involvement may include meetings, check-ins, and collaboration to support consistency and progress outside of sessions.
